Yacht Intelligence completed and extensive audio visual and control systems installation aboard this Feadship superyacht, whilst she underwent her transformational refit at Royal Huisman.
Behind Broadwater’s classic exterior lines, now lies a cutting-edge audio visual and network system that provides owner, guests and crew with advanced connectivity, integrated AV with complete control.
Yacht Intelligence were chosen for the ambitious project due to our previous experience and expertise, and our familiarity with Feadship-built vessels, having worked on many other significant vessels, was another advantage.
The Yacht Intelligence team spent several months on location working with the Royal Huisman shipyard team and the superyacht crew to ensure full functionality and operational ability, as well putting the systems installed aboard Broadwater through a rigorous period of testing.
Often one of the greatest challenges with a refit project such as this is the necessary cabling that must be installed to serve the newly integrated state-of-the-art-technology. On an older vessel, space for technology is limited. Aboard Broadwater, we overcame this with our purpose-designed vertical racking systems and we turned the unwanted sauna into AV Centre. We worked closely with Adam Voorhees during the design/engineering stage to ensure we were sympathetic to the yacht and its new interior spaces and furniture.
Broadwater is fully equipped for every communications, entertainment and technology need, and we wish her owner many happy years of cruising.
